I can’t believe they’re even THINKING of turning the skating area at south bank into a mall! Who ever heard of a place that champions the arts ousting culture for consumerism….oh wait,that’s most arts establishments in London! Still,having worked on a project with South Bank Centre with the express intent of promoting its FREE, NON-EXCLUDING, MULTI-CULTURAL status,this seems completely against everything they stand for.

I’ve been making little plaster casts recently,some of which I’m going to be painting and putting into an exhibition which is happening in a couple of weeks.its been refreshing to do something 3D seeing as most of my recent work has been print - based. Although,in a way, casting is a type of print….
